Brief introduction of Process Flowchart

The bauxite will be crushed by the jaw crusher and hammer mill / hammer crusher, the crushed material will be stored in the storaged bin , the mixed material is feeding into the ball mill , after grinded by the ball mill , then lift the the grinded material to the powder concentrator , the qualified powder will be stored in the grain bin , the unqualified powder will be conveyed to the ball mill for regrinding .

After the granulating , the semi-finished products will be screened by the rotary screener . Then will be calcined in the rotary kiln , use the rotary cooler to cool the sintered products.
